This document is a summary of the provisions of the data protection regulations in force at the Employer governing the applicant employees. The provisions of this document shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of the other regulations of the Company.
1. Purpose and legal basis of data processing
The provisions of the data protection regulations in force at the Employer cover all data management activities carried out at the Company. The scope of data protection regulations extends to all employees, former employees, persons in other employment relationships and persons submitting applications for employment, as well as to the relatives of the previous persons, if the processing of personal data of such persons is necessary in justified cases (hereinafter collectively referred to as employee or data subject).
For the professional and efficient conduct of the selection process, we will only process personal data provided by you with your consent (e.g. data from your CV, professional certificates presented, personal data provided during the application questionnaire, application interview, etc.).
By submitting your application, presenting and forwarding your application documents, you expressly consent that the Employer manages all personal data provided to the Employer (in particular: name, address, place and date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, qualifications and professional experience, payment requirements and any further data and images contained in any document submitted or forwarded by you) for the purpose of building the Employer's applicant database.
The personal data you provide as part of the selection process will be treated confidentially during the application process and will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. The transfer of personal data provided to third parties during the application procedure may take place in exceptional cases (e.g. for information purposes). These third parties may include in particular: the competent Regional Labor Center; service provider of the Ministry of Social Affairs; the training place of the chamber of commerce.
2. Duration of data storage
The Employer informs you that the data provided during the selection procedure will be stored in our applicant database for the duration of the selection procedure. Thereafter, the Employer usually stores the data in the application database for twelve months. However, in the case of a legal claim, enforcement, defense or ongoing official or judicial proceedings, the personal data provided may not be deleted until the proceedings have been finally concluded. After the relevant deadlines have expired, your data will be deleted.
Further storage of the provided data may only take place with your express request or consent. You may withdraw your consent to the data processing at any time, but this does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing prior to the withdrawal.
3. The applicant 's rights
You have the following rights in connection with the processing of the following personal data: the right to information; the right of access; the right to rectification; right of cancellation; the right to restrict data processing; the right to be notified; the right to protest.
In order to enforce your data protection rights, feel free to contact the Employer at the contact details indicated above. If you consider that the processing of your data has violated the provisions of data protection legislation or that your data protection law claims have been violated in any other way, you have the right to contact the Employer or complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in order to enforce your claim.
