Tasks:

- compliance with the requirements of the quality management system
- review of the qualification of parts and finished products
- participation in the investigation and follow-up of quality complaints from customers
- making registers
- eliminate factors that disrupt work processes and working relationships
- representation of the quality management organization
- compliance with company goals and plan tasks for quality management
- propose improvement of the quality management system and working method(s) to ensure development capability
- development of qualifications, participation in the trainings of the annual training plan
- execution of the tasks defined in the integrated quality management system
- introduction and updating of an effective company-wide quality management system
- check the correct quality of the products, in case of non-compliance, take the necessary measures
